Question by adam: i have a 91 toyota 4x4 im wanting about 5 inches of lift?
could i put both a leveling kit and a body lift on the truck i have a 4.3 and need a body lift to get it to fit in the truck
I'm doing a 4.3 motor swap and I need a body lift for the engine to fit but I'm wanting more than 2 to 3 inches of body lift, can I add ball joint spacers on top of a body lift

you can put both a suspension and body lift on most anything. including this platform.

respectfully,
but it's unclear to me what you have now. leveling kits on this are like 2-3" at best. otherwise, with IFS, to exceed that, there would be front binding issues. you'd need drop brackets fo front pinion angles and steering gear. and a super structure to support it. that's broaching on a lift kit. this is IFS not SAS.

and suspension kits don't come in .3" increments.

"get it to fit in the truck" what's "it". and what radius are you trying to fit under there?

4" suspension lift will allow 33" R under there. the up and down travel is greater than the lower fender clearance, front to rear, at the front wells. you could shave/roll the lower front fender well corners to get maybe 35"'s over all.
in back, there are no clearance issues.

EDIT,
*now* i know you're doing a 4.3 engine swap. sorry. little slow.
spacers on sprung susension parts won't have an effect on raising the body away from the frame. will not increase engine bay size.

this is a common swap, take a gander at this,

you'll have to go through the app links. but all concerns should be addressed.
