is over thinking bad for your health/depression?

We forever work information regarding new information on lift trucks. Here is an important question that we thought you would find interesting.

Question by Anthony: is over thinking bad for your health/depression?
I have had some major depression over the past years, i havnt done anything about it and now my thoughts race like i have whole entire thought cycles complete themselves in a matter of seconds. it hurts my brain and i cant stop thinking every time i look at the mountains i think of everything that could go on from the trees to things that are very very unlikely (like the sun turning blue and vaporizing everything from a super nova lol) i just wish things would go back to normal but i think of everything my eyes and mind generalize and even what i cant explain i put out what seems like millions of thoughts a day, i retain almost all the information given to me and i just cant stop thinking until i go to sleep. it literally sends me through high anxiety and huge break downs. the only way to stop it is to go to sleep or idk lobotomization , i feel like a number, a machine of thought not an intelligent being just an intelligent information storage more of that of an artificial intelligence. my depression however doesnt seem to grow, i just feel like ive hit rock bottom for years but it doesnt seem to make me do anything but think. most people call it the "garbage truck" when it comes to depression but 1 everything just gets worse (like an actual series of unfortunate events) and 2 it is said to come and go but this is (about) the third year its been here and its really starting to get to me, although my mind is clear it is full of random thoughts, and calculated outcomes (done by thought that is). does this happen to any one else or am i just stuck in thought generalizations for as long as i live?

i do it too your not alone ive been depressed for years... except i dont call it depression i call it life im so sick of people thinking a pill will solve everything. IT WONT all it does is make teens suicidal. anyway my life isnt that bad but bad sitiations arised alot these past 3 years and the only cure ive noticed is a hobby or somthing you like to occupy your mind or in our case to relax our minds... also the best cure for sadness is falling in love... go out meet new people fall in love live your life man... i saw a survey that said the number one thing elders wish they had done when they were younger was to take more risks and dare to live !

i have a 91 toyota 4x4 im wanting about 5 inches of lift?

We endlessly search for news regarding new information on forklifts. Here is an important question that we believe you would find compelling.

Question by adam: i have a 91 toyota 4x4 im wanting about 5 inches of lift?
could i put both a leveling kit and a body lift on the truck i have a 4.3 and need a body lift to get it to fit in the truck
I'm doing a 4.3 motor swap and I need a body lift for the engine to fit but I'm wanting more than 2 to 3 inches of body lift, can I add ball joint spacers on top of a body lift

you can put both a suspension and body lift on most anything. including this platform.

respectfully,
but it's unclear to me what you have now. leveling kits on this are like 2-3" at best. otherwise, with IFS, to exceed that, there would be front binding issues. you'd need drop brackets fo front pinion angles and steering gear. and a super structure to support it. that's broaching on a lift kit. this is IFS not SAS.

and suspension kits don't come in .3" increments.

"get it to fit in the truck" what's "it". and what radius are you trying to fit under there?

4" suspension lift will allow 33" R under there. the up and down travel is greater than the lower fender clearance, front to rear, at the front wells. you could shave/roll the lower front fender well corners to get maybe 35"'s over all.
in back, there are no clearance issues.

EDIT,
*now* i know you're doing a 4.3 engine swap. sorry. little slow.
spacers on sprung susension parts won't have an effect on raising the body away from the frame. will not increase engine bay size.

this is a common swap, take a gander at this,

you'll have to go through the app links. but all concerns should be addressed.

Have a 34 volt reach truck putting away 300 to 400 pallets away a week + rotating stock is it over worked?

I endlessly seek information regarding new information on forklift. Here is an important question that I expect you would find informative.

Question by Joseph: Have a 34 volt reach truck putting away 300 to 400 pallets away a week + rotating stock is it over worked?
I have a 24 volt crown reach truck rr 5200 series and I've had nothing but problems with this p.o.s I v been told it was only built to run three to four hours a day and I'm running it six to eight hours every day putting 300 to 400 pallets away every week plus it's rotating stock in our 3 bay high rack and pushing 4 to 8 pallets 30 feet at a time to make room for more inventory and used to pull shipments for customers in a 55,000 sq ft warehouse I've replaced the battery 3 time and cell 8 and cell 9 one time the truck is only at 5,003 hours I did find one of the times the charger was 850 AH and the battery was at 1,000 AH then we just got a brand new 850 AH battery and it only runs for 4 hours. Am I working my crown 24 volt?

Joseph: Where are you from? The term "reach truck" is different. Here in California, if it is what I am THINKING it is, we call it a fork lift or a fork truck. Interesting.
