What's the best way to carry a 300 pound projection TV downstairs?

Question by Josh Howard: What's the best way to carry a 300 pound projection TV downstairs?
I have this 300 pound projection TV that was a PITA to carry upstairs. We used that "forearm forklift" however, I was wondering if maybe there's a much easier way to carry it back down the stairs. The stairs themselves are pretty standard, and no turns or corners.. Just a straight shot to the ground level.

That's quite heavy for a projection TV.

Two-three people, holding it and carrying it very carefully downstairs.
